INSTRUCTIONS: Spray 1-2 spritz on legs, stomach, or bottoms of feet. For muscle cramps or pain, apply directly to problem areas. It is normal to feel a tingly sensation. Rinse with water or wipe off after 15 minutes if intolerable.
